Pre-Treatment process

The purpose of the pre-treatment process is to remove contaminants (such as oil, rust, etc.) from the surface of the substrate. It also aims to create a thin film on the surface to enhance the adhesion between the substrate and the coating.

But, what is the proper condition for the chemical? What will happen if the the wrong condition for pre-treatment?

Recycle System

The usage of the powder is over 90% after the recycle system. But different type of the system will cause different problem when you do the powder coating process.
